By providing your phone number to Vantage Radiology Services, you acknowledge and agree that Vantage Radiology Services may send internal communication text messages to your wireless phone number. These messages may include updates related to scheduling, shift notifications, operational alerts, workplace reminders, and other employee-related communications.

No mobile opt-in data or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive internal SMS communications from Vantage Radiology Services, you may receive text messages relevant to your role and responsibilities. Examples include:

Internal Update Example:

Good morning Sarah, this is Vantage Radiology Services. A reminder that tomorrow’s staff meeting begins at 9 a.m. EST. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

Scheduling Example:

Hi Jeff, this is Vantage Radiology Services. Your shift has been updated — please review the new schedule in the employee portal. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

Operational Alert Example:

Good evening Sarah, this is Vantage Radiology Services. We’re sending an operational update: system maintenance will begin at 10 p.m. tonight. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.

 

Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and may range from 5 to 1,000 messages daily company-wide.
  • You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP”.
  • Reply “START” to opt back in to receive messages.
