Neuro Hybrid Radiologist
About Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services
Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services is a physician-owned private practice based just minutes from Seattle. We are a progressive group of approximately 35 sub-specialized radiologists who have provided professional services for two hospitals since 1970 and are co-owners of an affiliated imaging center.
We emphasize excellent clinical practice, collegiality, teamwork, close working relationships with our outpatient and hospital-based clinical partners, and a quality lifestyle. The group is highly respected by the administration and medical staff at each of our centers.
Position Description
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible radiologist with fellowship-level training in neuroradiology for a full-time or 3/4-time partnership-track hybrid position. Caseload consists of a mix of general radiology swing shift services (ED and inpatient) and neuroradiology dayside services (outpatient MRI, CT, and advanced MR imaging techniques such as perfusion and spectroscopy). The position is available due to expanding work volumes and shifts in the labor pool.
Candidates should be committed to patient-focused care, maintaining our healthy work environment, and well-respected interdisciplinary relationships, as well as eligible for a WA state medical license. All partners and partnership-track associates share in general call responsibilities, of which most evening and weekend shifts may be staffed from a remote home workstation, provided by the practice with full IT support. There are no breast imaging or IR requirements. Overnight call after midnight is covered by our own internal nighthawk radiologists.
We offer a competitive salary with a signing bonus, 8 weeks of vacation, CME allowance, memberships to professional societies, profit sharing, malpractice and disability insurance, 401K contributions, and commitment to associate mentorship.
